An item I love is out of stock. Will it ever come back?
Although we try our best to keep our most popular items in stock and bring them back when we sell out, it isn't always possible. You can help to ensure that the apparel you love comes back in stock by filling out the waiting list form for the sold-out item that you want.
Unfortunately, we cannot give a timeline for when an item is being restocked. However, we bring in new pieces every day, so be sure to check back frequently. You can also sign up for our newsletter to be informed about incoming arrivals and restocks.
Do you have standard sizing on your clothing?
Our items do not conform to a particular sizing standard. We curate our selection from an array of manufacturers, most of whom have their own sizing in place. That being said, our sizes are equivalent to junior's clothing sizes rather than women's sizes. You can take a look at our helpful sizing chart before choosing an item for your cart. It provides a general idea of what size you'll need. For individual items, there is information on the product page to let you know if an item runs large, small, or true to size. Please feel free to email us anytime you'd like to know the exact dimensions for a specific piece of clothing.
When will I receive my order?
Unless you choose Rush Delivery, we will use Priority Shipping via USPS. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders typically go out the same day or the next day, depending on the date and time of your purchase. If you place your order by 10:00 AM, it's likely to go out the same day. Items will not ship on weekends or holidays.
You can use the USPS Postage Calculator at http://postcalc.usps.com/ to get an idea about the delivery time. Orders from mateclubs Maternity Dresses ship out from the 33126 zip code. Select a Priority Mail Flat Rate box when prompted.
I need my item ASAP. Is that possible?

I live outside of the US. Do items ship internationally?
Absolutely! We also ship orders to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes? What about APO boxes and military addresses?

I need to return an item. What do I do?
Non-sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original date of purchase. We offer store credit. Returns are processed within 1-5 days of receipt. Returns must meet the requirements outlined in mateclubs's return policy. If your item is eligible, then we will send you a code for store credit via the email address you provided when you ordered. In the event that your return is eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original form of payment.
The item I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?
Of course! Exchanging an item is easy. Purchase the new size or item that you want and write your new order number on the receipt you received with your previous order. Return the previous order to the address listed above. In 3-6 days, your return will be processed and the cost of your original purchase will be refunded.
What's the deal with store credit? How does it work?
Browse around mateclubs as usual. Add the item you want to your cart, then head to your cart to view it. There, you'll find a field where you can input the code that you received via email. Make sure that you're signed in using the correct email. If you have issues using your code, reach out to us and we'll give you a hand.
